Eartec CYBER - Single Ear Headset for TD-900 Series
The EARTEC CYBER is an ultra lightweight single headset, featuring a noise-cancelling electret condenser microphone and an ergonomically designed backband offering a comfortable, unisex fit. This model is made in support of EARTEC's TD-900 wireless communication systems, and is terminated with a 1/8" mini plug connector.
The CYBER is meant to be used in working environments with low to moderate noise levels, and enjoys a presence in production applications such as video and theater, food service, and warehouse communications.

Nothing else fits the eartec handsets or I would buy them instead!

not durable at all. Not reliable either. I cannot count how many of these have been broken. We use them for horseback riding lessons, which is one of the suggested uses! They fit great under helmets. Most have been broken by falling, dismounting from the horse and various other normal uses. However, sometimes, they just stop working for no particular reason. They just won't communicate. Sometimes, one headset can only hear, and the microphone won't work and sometimes the microphone will work but you cannot hear teh person talking back to you. And there is no warning. It'll be working, and then not.
What is so aggrevating is that the HANDsets are so expensive and there is no other HEADset available so I have no choice but to purchase them! but now, I get an extended warranty with each and every one and the company is great about replacing them, so basically I have to keep buying them over and over again, but at least it is only for the price of the extended warranty. You rebuy them with the warranty and pay full price and eventually the warranty company will send you a check for the purchase price.

Use for instructor to simulator operator communications in a professional simulator environment. This headset is extremely light weight and very comfortable.
Only con is that it isn't designed for "either ear" use. Microphone doesn't pivot 180 degrees.
Only concern is that it is so light weight, my instructors have concerns about durability but for the low cost, we are able to purchase one headset for each instructor and aleviate concerns for hygene and wearning something used by another person.
