I am very happy with the construction and performance of this background support. It's super-sturdy and well-designed. The uprights and legs are of heavy-duty aluminum, and the plastic parts are thick and strong. The unit has lots of nice touches, such as the recessed setscrews to restrain the horizontal pole from separating.

No instructions came with it, so I had to experiment a little to assemble it correctly. The nylon case also is well-made and easy to use. Highly recommended and a fantastic value for the money.

This is a lightweight system meant to support a paper backdrop, and if that's all you need it for this is a great system for the price. I wouldn't trust one of the included stands to hold a light and umbrella, but for a background it is perfect.

It's an excellent backdrop support. It's very sturdy does what it advertises. I found that the carry bag was very convenient because it left a bit of room to store other small light stands Also, the speed of the delivery was impressive!

Initial setup took about 3 minutes, after that it was less than two minutes for a complete set up, fits nicely in my space and can be easily moved or taken down, which is what I wanted too begin with

I use this for Portraits. Great for a quick setup, quick breakdown. Very light weight. Great price for a portable backdrop system. I have only one complaint if I had to nit pick is that if you tighten the knobs on the system to snug they easily dent the rods. Other than that it is great for the price, it does the trick.

My mom bought this for me because my last one was a flimsy waste and I needed one for an event. I was super impressed with the quality for the price. I do wish that the stands were a little bit more weighted. My heavier backdrops make this stand questionable but it's nothing a few sandbags can't fix. Love love love this kit!

I just set this up the other day. It was a lot more sturdy than I thought it would be for the price. I believe a heavy material would make it bow a little, but I threw a muslin on it so no issues there. I put it up to about 7.5', tightened and tried to pull it down and the grips seemed to hold okay. Overall I think this will be a great product for my smallish studio space! The bag is nice, but I'm not sure if I would really travel with this product. It's light, but if I did travel with it I would make sure I had a lot of sandbags with.

I purchased this backdrop support to use as a portable portrait studio set up. It is lightweight and expands to easily fit a range of backdrops. I am able to set it up and break it down without any assistance. I recommend purchasing sandbags as well since its lightweight construction, while exactly what I need for portability, is a bit unstable when subjects are standing on the seamless. This product is exactly what I needed at a very affordable price.

I don't normally review products, but I was very satisfied with this item. I haven't found anything negative to say about this item. It appears to be in great shape and good quality. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member.

Supports are very light and sturdy for indoor use. Entire system with 10' wide background fits easily in a 12' wide floor space including bases. Supports are easy to extend and setup with similar design to my light supports. The included multi-piece bar is sturdy and even from end to end, but I also purchased COR761C Telescopic Crossbar for the COR756 and COR761 Background Support System (124) as a backup option. I use the included bar at full length to roll 10'x24' backdrop for transport and storage; which helps prevent new wrinkles.

This stand did not come with any instructions whatsoever, nor did it come with the "alum" wrench referred to in other reviews needed to tighten the cross bars. While the carrying bag was nice and it was easily stored away, the lack of directions, flimsy construction, and overall size left me with no choice but to return it.

This didn't have directions (which I knew from reading other reviews) but didn't take much to figure it out, even for a non-techy like me.

I was pleasantly surprised when I started assembling this support system to see that is was much better than what I expected for the price I paid for it. It is very big, It is very sturdy and is very well built. I myself experienced no sagging in the cross bar with a 10 x 20 muslin back drop attached to it. Assembly is quick, and while others noted using an allen wrench to tighten the pieces of the cross bar eating into set up time, I would argue this is an unnecessary step anyway, as with my experience the pieces of the cross bar fit together snugly enough without even tightening the embedded nuts, and the system still worked perfectly fine. I can see no reason why this system wouldn't last anyone a lifetime.

It is really easy to put together and break down, and the storage bag is really nice. It is really sturdy, didn't move or tip over when my 2 year old decided to hang on the backdrop.

I purchased this not long ago. Its bigger than I thought. But I rather have more than less space to work with. Its super easy to setup. The first time I used it was to shoot a wedding and the pictures came out really nice. The size is perfect if you want to shoot group pictures. I would say you can fit up to 6 people.

I turned my garage into my photo area and the background support worked great, perfect fit. Hopefully I won't be transporting it too much I don't know how much use the carrying case can take. Sewing looked pretty shabby. May have to repair it myself.
