Comments about Switronix XP-L90A 14.8 VDC Lithium Ion Brick Battery:
I love this battery. Great runtime, solid AB mount, and at an amazing price. Switronix is a reliable company and I am happy with this one. The only downside with this battery is that it needs to be charged on the Switronix charger and not the Anton Bauer charger, which makes it slightly less universal, but, honestly, the Switronix ,charger that I use, charges quickly, and, on set, my 2nd Cameraman usually brings his Anton Charger to use with his Ab batteries.

Comments about Switronix XP-L90A 14.8 VDC Lithium Ion Brick Battery:
Have only used and charged twice, so I can't speak to decay, but so far so great. Conducted tests before field use and was excited by performance. 5 hours 20 minutes continuous recording with sony fs-100, lcd up, and 7 inch marshall 70 xp. That's better than rated. Did take longer than rated to charge, about 4.5 hours, but if you have 2-3 units, and a duel charger you will be good to go for continuous non stop shooting for ever. LIght weight, solid rubber case.

Have had 5 of these in rotation and just picked up another for my Sony 650F. Used to use the "other guys", but was tired of paying more and getting less. At [$] per, you can't beat these batteries.

This battery lasts all day powering my Ki Pro Mini Recorder and even powered a 7" monitor all day. Two major benefits you get from this battery you may not get from others.
1. An LED power indicator so you know you're getting low.
2. A built in D-tap on the battery. So when you connect it to a mounting plate you have 2 total D-taps to power stuff from. Really a bonus
It is a little big and heavy but its sturdy rubber construction and I prefer it bc it helps balance my camera on my shoulder.

Comments about Switronix XP-L90A 14.8 VDC Lithium Ion Brick Battery:
I used this battery with an adapter for my Sony EX3, EX1 & F3 cameras and it lasted well over 4 hours. I feel sure it would've run an external monitor as well for a combined 3 hours, which is exactly what I was looking for when I ordered it. I am ordering another one on sale before they are replaced by the 130w, which should be quite impressive as well.
