Impact Collapsible Circular Reflector Disc - Silver/White - 32"
This Impact Collapsible Circular Reflector Disc is a versatile lighting tool for in the field and in the studio. It allows you to bring out the shadow detail in your subject, using available or studio lighting. In addition, the colored surface allows you to modify the color of your subject. Your choice of color -- silver or white -- will be determined by the lighting conditions, and your personal preference.
This 32" disc is suitable for 2-person portraits, and small-to-medium still-life setups. It folds down to 1/3 its open size, and comes with a storage sleeve. We suggest the purchase of a pivoting arm and stand, to hold the disc where needed -- especially if you are working without an assistant.
- White produces an even, neutral-colored bounce light that works beautifully as a fill light source for both product shots and indoor/outdoor portraits.
- Silver produces a contrasty light with an edge.

It works great when I am taking pictures but I can not fold it back to fit into its case. There must be some trick on how to collapse it but I can not figure it out. I love how it works it just is not as portable in the fully extended mode as the collapsed mode.

Good backup reflector. Small packing size. Ideally I would usually use a much larger size, but for conveinience this reflector works well. It is a bit tough to get back into the pouch.....

I bought this to use as a fill in reflector for natural light shots. It reflects well and does a good job of filling in shadows in portraits and automotive subjects. But be careful opening it up. The spring loaded rim snaps into shape quickly [*]. For me getting it folded takes several tries, even with the instructions open and in front of me. Once it is folded and tucked away in its case the reflector is very portable. [*]

This is a nice size and quality, but I also found it difficult to fold and put away (even with directions). It has such a strong frame, that it popped open and busted my lip. Keep an arms distance when opening and closing this.

I bought this for outdoor filming. If I need a soft fill or bounce, the white side is perfect. If I need a little more punch, the silver side does the job.
It's small, compact, and very travel friendly. My only gripe is that they don't have a 38" reflector, if that's a major complaint.
