Sto-Fen #OM-4X Omni-Bounce for Sunpak PZ40X
The Sto-fen Omni-Bounce creates a diffused bare bulb effect, giving even coverage across the entire frame, with lenses from 15mm to 200mm in the 35mm format (and equal in other formats as well). The Omni-Bounce is easy to use and goes onto and off the flash in seconds with custom fitting and no touch fastener.
Designed for years of service without the bulk of some other diffusers, it is small enough to fit easily into a gadget bag or pocket.

Let me state up front, that I hate flash photography. I much prefer shooting in natural light. However I recently had to fly cross-country to shoot a trade show. I picked up the Omni-Bounce because I knew I would be taking some close up photos of products in questionable light. The Omni-Bounce did well at diffusing the flash when I did not have the ability to bounce it off the ceiling. It softened the flash for portraits and general street photography as well. Just remember that it does reduce the power of your flash by a little bit.
I was originally concerned about the diffuser falling off of my flash when carried upside down from the RS-7 strap, but this never occurred.

Diffuses light nicely, but can slip off if knocked inadvertently. So just mount it when needed, or keep an eye on it if carrying camera/flash around shoulder, for example, that it doesn't drop off and get lost.

i use this on my hot shoe flash, and it works great as a diffuser, makes soft light, and doesn't interfere with ttl.

Installed this on a Sunpak and it works great.
You may have to increase your flash compensation a stop or so, but that was expected. This really made a difference in the harshness of the flash. It is always in my bag.

Takes the harshness away from flash shots. I love the warmth this provides. First time I used this was for Cosplayers at an Anime Convention. All the shots where the flash fired came out great.
