I'm using this with an Atomos Samurai, hard disc recorder coming off of SDI. The Canare cable works like a charm. Also has good solid connectors, the best I've seen.

The fact that it is a Canare cable and designed for SDI is important so that there's not bottle neck in the flow of data

Comments about Canare BNC to BNC (SDI) Serial Digital Interface Cable - 3 ft:
This cable is a great value. Other word clock cables on the rock n roll gear websites are priced ridiculously compared to this cable. It is a great build from Canare as well. Heavy ends and cable. Cable is exactly what I needed. A good quality WC cable. Using it to slave a focusrite preamp to Protools. I had instant lock.

Using the cable to run a TVLogic monitor on an AF-100.

Comments about Canare BNC to BNC (SDI) Serial Digital Interface Cable - 3 ft:
I used this cable to connect my HPX300 to a monitor and because the SDI connections on the camera are somewhat recessed, previous cables have been difficult to lock into place. This cable's connection is long enough to easily twist on the camera.

Comments about Canare BNC to BNC (SDI) Serial Digital Interface Cable - 3 ft:
What can one say about a 3' SDI cable? Well, the BNC connectors seem to be solidly affixed. I think it will take plenty of wear and tear. Works great. I use it to connect my field monitor to my PMW-EX3.
