The Ever Focus AD-2F is a voltage converter for devices that require 24 volts AC power. It converts standard 110 volt household power to 24 volts AC, common in CCTV and security camera systems. It supplies 500 mA power.

Makes for a handy cord with plug.
The size of the transformer is abit big but other than that, a great product.

24v power adapters to run my 24v AC cameras.
Excellent product at a great price. Amperage is adequate for CCTV cameras, but not enough for PTZ cameras (which I don't use).
B&H delivered them fast. Very good people to deal with. Won't hesitate to purchase from them again.

I'd just bought a wifi thermostat to operate a gas fireplace insert, but it requires 24VAC (standard on a normal furnace, but not on a gas fireplace). This worked perfectly, and the lead wires were long enough to reach from outlet to thermostat without splicing -- bonus.

1. Invoice described this as DC
2. Label on box also indicates a DC converter.
3. Seems, however, that it might be AC as that's what' shown on the unit itself.
