The Lexicon MX200 dual reverb/effects processor is designed with both live sound reinforcement and home recording in mind. The unit features the deep, rich reverb and effects algorithms that Lexicon has been know for, while adding increased versatility with specialty effects and dbx dynamics.

Each of the thirty-two reverbs and effects and their parameters are all instantly accessible within a single button-push or knob-turn on the front panel without wading through bank after bank of menus. With the addition of a powerful editor/librarian and VST/Audio Units software, the MX200 brings the Lexicon heritage to the desktop.

Advances in computer-based recording have led many to value the control and simplicity of plug-in effects. However, reverb plug-ins are either processor hogs or don't sound great. The MX200 solves this dilemma by providing a USB interface with intuitive cross-platform VST and Audio Unit plug-in windows, allowing the unit to function as a "hardware plug-in" within VST and Audio Units-compatible DAWs with complete programmability and recall.

Those using the MX200 in the live arena will appreciate its intuitive front panel layout, with an Active Reverb/Effects Matrix that constantly displays which two of the thirty-two available effects are active. All functions are available within a single button-push  or knob-turn.

I use the effect processor basically on live presentations to delay voice. For me it works fine. Easy to use, to choose effects and manipulate them. Works great.

I use the Processor on the mains of my PA.
works great, easy to hook up, and with and added footswitch you can go between processors, have 1 on, both on or none on.
