Speed Rings are required to mount your strobe head. More Speed Ring are available from other brand such as Chimera, Photoflex, etc.
The patented design of the Mola Euro Soft Lite "Beauty Dish" Reflector captures and focuses light with maximum efficiency. It is shaped to intercept all paths of light, no matter which direction they leave the flash tube, and redirect them toward the subject. This is a big improvement on most square boxlights, which can only focus a portion of the light available.
This is the Euro Soft Lite 33.5" model. It has a white reflective surface. Its size is perfect for portraits, and mounts to your strobe head via your Chimera, Photoflex, or other brand Speed Ring -- available separately. Click Here for Speedring Reference Charts

Comments about Mola Euro 33.5" "Beauty Dish" Soft Lite Reflector (White):
We use it with models and brides. It works fantastically, the light output is soft and it also comes with the diffusion sock for more softness. If you want sharper falloff, the silver may be in order. [...] I switched to the Opal glass. Used with Elinchrom lights along with the Chimera speedring.

Comments about Mola Euro 33.5" "Beauty Dish" Soft Lite Reflector (White):
I use it along Profoto Softlight Silver.
Euro is huge and dwarfs Profoto.
Both give very nice light quality. Profoto Silver is way more defined which I like, Mola Euro gives definitely softer look and can be used from a little farther away due to it's size, but remember to still keep it close for the BD look. It gives nice wrap-around light from up-close, reflector is definitely not needed. Also, Mola gives a little warmer light (neither a pro nor con but worth mentioning)
I use Euro 33.5 on location but it's heavy so make sure to secure it well or it'll hit the ground before you know it.
I'd say it's better suited for a studio unless you have strong assistants to bring it on location. I carry it myself for some photo shoots so it can be done but now I'd much rather use smaller 20-22in BD for location work.
Thing I don't like: the brackets provided for speedrings are a little flimsy. I'd like to see something a little more sturdy, but I'm nitpicking.
I'd give it 4.5 stars but there is no option so it gets 4 (due to brackets not being sturdy enough).

Comments about Mola Euro 33.5" "Beauty Dish" Soft Lite Reflector (White):
I use the Euro in my studio attached to a 750 WS monolight. It works well as a key and/or a fill. Without the front diffuser, it delivers beautiful, snappy light with just the right amount of contrast. A wonderful beauty light and general portrait light. With the diffuser on the front, the light is softened somewhat and and is very even edge to edge. When used with the Demi (also with the front diffuser attached) and a large reflector, it makes a great full length portrait or fashion light. Easy to control and smooth. It has replaced my all my soft boxes. The quality of light is what I have been looking for for years.

Merchant response: The speed ring mounting system. It has been changed to a robust compression ring system which is simpler and much stronger.
