I use this cutter to trim down roll paper prints from our wide format ink jet printer. I use it on a variety of papers and canvas and have no trouble. The cuts are smooth and straight.
It's fast and easy. I appreciate the grid for aiding with straight cuts. Also, it has big, thick rubber feet and stays put very well on our work tables and feels thoroughly professional and well-built.
It would be useful to have a bigger area... I often cut 24" x 20" or bigger which hangs over both ends and is a bit more difficult to get exactly straight.
Overall an awesome cutter, highly recommended.
