Comments about Norman 810821 400 W/S Battery Assembly Kit, Modeling Light:

I bought this to use shooting bull ridings. I have been shooting rodeos for 30 years and have been using strobes. I bought the 400B to use so I don't have to set up lights. Just shoot a PBR Event. 200 feet from the chutes. I was able to use it at 100ws and give me a .8 second recycle time usingg the accessorie tele reflector.
      It does a great job.

Comments about Norman 810821 400 W/S Battery Assembly Kit, Modeling Light:

its great on location or if you are shooting mobile. i've been using it for years. very practical.

the only negative is that you can't charge the batteries without the pack. they should havae a way to recharge the batteries on their own like lumedyne does. also the battery installation is very cumbersome.
