Norman 810728 5" Wide Angle Reflector, Type 1 for LH4
The Norman 810728 is the system's best umbrella reflector. Its compact 5" diameter makes it great for location work, and its 130 degree coverage is nice for lighting backgrounds. The output gain is 1/2 stop over bare bulb.
Used with (LH500, LH2000, LH2400, and LH4000 lampheads). This is the spring pin mounted version for all studio heads.

I purchased this reflector to use on an Alien Bees monolight. I measured the uniformity of the light with this reflector and was pleased to see that it was within .1 stop across the entire area. After that I put the original Alien Bees reflector on and ran the same test. It varied more than .3 stops. A quick visual of the blank wall revealed that this Norman was uniformly scattering the light.
I would have given it a 5 if it had a slot in the reflector to accomodate umbrellas.
