If you're new to large format digital printers like me, you may not have discovered what this does until your printer told you to get a new one. I'm wondering if there isn't a more environmentally friendly way to reuse these, but for now I am doing what the machine tells me.
Works perfectly fine, as it is OEM, no issues whatsoever. Simple servicing.

Got a message on my Epson Stylus Pro 4880 that Maintenance Tank was nearly full. Went to BH as usual to look up the required piece. Searched it, found it, purchased it - that easy. Needed it quickly and found an affordable 3-day delivery price and got it in three days. What more do want? BH is always easy to use and research for my photographic and printing/paper needs.

I bought the Epson 4000 pro when they first came out to print my own photographs. This machine has been a workhorse.
Even with the newer updated inks and printing technologies, I haven't been able to part with this machine for the quality I receive at the value for prints.
Thanks B&H for still carrying the maintenance tank and inks for this printer, I think I will get a few more years of good service.

The best things about the maintenance tank is that it is replaceable and doesn't become a pile of sludge somewhere inside my 4880. Also it has never leaked when I replace it. It seems pricey but is much cheaper than the ink that is dumped into it. Maybe I'm paying for the engineering that prevents any mess.
