The Porta Brace MX-24 Mini Audio Mixer Case is custom fit to the Shure FP-4 2 channel mixer or the Sound Devices Mix-Pre 2 channel mixer.. Flaps, clear vinyl windows and protective coverings provide access to cable openings, batteries, dials and switches. The mixer case is padded to protect your mixer and accessories. It includes the main mixer compartment and a HB-10 medium duty suede leather shoulder strap. An optional AH-2 audio harness/belt combination helps provide additional stability and weight distribution.

It's a mixer bag, made just like all other Porta Brace bags. I must say that it is QUITE small, but if it fits a MixPre-D, then it's gotta be. The front pouch fits my Zoom H4N, but just barely can't fit my Sony URX-P2 Wireless Receiver at the same time in the front pouch. I mean, I'm sure you could cram it down in there, but that just make it a pain to reach down to pull out the H4N to hit record because everything would be so tight. I really just wish this bag had a larger front pocket for other accessories. Other than that, great bag, with a nice SOFT shoulder pad!

I recently used this on a location shoot for a reality television show. There was a lot of running, crouching and rushing around. This case kept everything well organized and sat comfortably on my shoulder thanks to that leather strap. Battery change was quick and easy I couldn't ask for anything better!
