I have been using the Belkin Gel Mouse Pad for a number of years now. I have one at the office and one at home and love them both. I replaced both recently because they were just worn out. Not that they weren't durable, they just get a lot of use. Fantastic product!! Highly recommend!!

I was pretty disappointed. After two days of use, I found I was getting significant wrist pain. I found the gel pad to be both too high for my comfort (just eyeballing it - maybe an inch of gel at the highest point) and too firm. I felt like I was reaching down from the pad towards the mouse instead of being at the same level. Even though my old mouse pad is beat up and worn out, I went back to using it for now.

I use it for operating the mouse. The difference on the wrist is noticeable, very comfortable. It fulfilled my expectations. Even though the color was the least of my worries, it combines very well with mouse and keyboard which are black and gray.
