Comments about Rode NT5 - Cardioid Studio Condenser Microphones (Single):

I primarily use this mic on acoustic guitars, but it also works great on the bottom snare or as an overhead for drums. This microphone has such a vibrant, yet clean sound that has had a huge impact on my recording quality. I have also used the Rode NT1-A and have had great success with both. I highly recommend Rode microphones for recording artists who want a big sound, but are on a budget.

Comments about Rode NT5 - Cardioid Studio Condenser Microphones (Single):

I already had one, this is the second one, great for recording acoustic guitar, or other acoustic instruments. This is not an issue to be concerned about but the microphone holder is very tight (same as my last one), you have to push quite hard to clip it in, However it doesn't seem to hurt it any.

Comments about Rode NT5 - Cardioid Studio Condenser Microphones (Single):

While spending a lot more money will likely yield a much better quality mic, for the money, I think this mic is a good value.
