Comments about On-Stage MY200 Clothespin-Style Plastic Mic Clip:

For the price, it works as it should. I used it with a e835 Sennheisser and it held fine with no movement and ease of release. It feels a little flimsy so I don't know how long it will last, but then again it was really inexpensive.

I use this clip as a make shift holder for a vocal pop screen when recording lead and back ground vocals. Works good, well constrtucted, and inexpensive.

Quick mount for most mics. Also a great clamp for small light fixtures.

Comments about On-Stage MY200 Clothespin-Style Plastic Mic Clip:

I purchased this spring-clip type model to replace a solid flexible mic holder that broke in the middle of a performance. I appreciate how this holder easily and snugly accommodates mics of different sizes. The downside of the spring-clip, however, is that it pretty much requires two hands to clip the mic to the stand -- may be an issue for some performers who need to snap the mic on and off with one hand only.

Comments about On-Stage MY200 Clothespin-Style Plastic Mic Clip:

We use these for holding small lamps as well as mics. They will hold diameters from 5/8" to 1 1/4" and the rubber pad insures a good grip. They do as good a job as comperable clips costing twice as much.

Comments about On-Stage MY200 Clothespin-Style Plastic Mic Clip:

I use the clip at the end of a boom pole and it's worked with any shotgun mic used. And if you think it's overpriced, the fact that it will work with virtually any shotgun or handheld mic makes it well worth the price in my mind. I believe the female thread is considered universal, which should work with the male end of a mic stand or boom pole. Possible negatives are wearing/breakage of the spring loaded clip over time (hasn't happened to me) and if you are rough with equipment it could get damaged.
