International Orders*The Ortery Technologies Photosimile 200 is a PC-controlled tabletop digital photography studio anyone can use to create professional, color accurate and shadow-free photographs that are perfect for websites, product catalogs, online auctions, quality control, product development, enhanced business communication and more. Images can be annotated, masked, emailed and batch processed with regards to naming, resizing, watermarking and saving. From using the right lighting to batch saving the results, it makes it simple to take professional photographs and allows you to save time and money with each picture taken.
The Photosimile software works with a compatible digital camera to simplify and automate image capture and processing (See Specifications for System Requirements). Compatible digital cameras include: the Canon PowerShot A and G series and the Olympus C series.
As a PC-controlled photography studio, camera settings are pre-set for obtaining optimal results when shooting items inside the light box. You can preview, crop and compose images on your PC monitor screen in real-time.
For creating websites, there is a "Save for Web" button which batch saves, names, watermarks and re-sizes images at 72 dpi for the web. With the "Direct Image Export" feature you can set up your Saving Parameters before taking the picture so that captured images are automatically named, sized and saved to a selected network or local folder on the computer. For Quality Control and Product Development users there is an extreme "Close Up" button and "Annotate and Send" features that allow the user to take full resolution close up pictures, annotate them with text and drawings then immediately send them via email directly from the program.
Images can be batch "Edited" inside the Photosimile software, however you can also use the "Application Link" feature automatically export captured images directly into Photoshop or the image editor of their choice.

Comments about Ortery Photosimile E-Box 200 Digital Photography Studio (120VAC):
We purchased a Photosimile 200 in 2005 and couldn't be happier with this purchase. It's built like a tank and has paid for itself over and over and over. We have shot 1,000's of pictures with it. In fact, almost every photo in our online store (minus some big stuff) was shot inside the studio. Over the years, Ortery has added a lot of new features that even make it easier and faster to use. They are a very responsive company. I'm glad to see they have grown, yet it comes as no surprise to me.

Comments about Ortery Photosimile E-Box 200 Digital Photography Studio (120VAC):
I've been using this box professionally for the past year and have had nothing but problems. The included software is extremely buggy and the technical support consists of two guys that have very little knowledge of photography. You cannot control the lights at all. The three options you have are, front lights on, rear lights on, all lights on. The box is very cramped and it makes it difficult to style any product inside of it. The lights seem to vary in temperature constantly and it is a constant struggle getting consistent results. I have had much better results from a homemade box where I have some control over what I am doing.

Comments about Ortery Photosimile E-Box 200 Digital Photography Studio (120VAC):
We bought this product because we were having a hard time finding something that would help enable our picture to turn out better. We love this machine! Well worth the money! Were using it with a Canon ES Rebel. Does most of the work for you. I would highly recommend this to anyone that sells on online.
