Photek Center Extension Piece for Crossbar Set - 3' (91cm)
The Photek Background Support System comes with a sectional 12' crossbar. This is a Photek 3' (91cm) aluminum extension section only, for extending the width of that crossbar, or replacing an existing section.
To ensure stability, an additional stand or support for the middle of the crossbar should be used. In addition, sandbags are suggested for the stands.

I bought these to extend the Impact brand support system since they didn't offer the extension in that brand. It's a little tight when combining the two brands together so I had to use some WD40 to make it easier.

The problem with these extensions is that there is no way to connect them to the stands that hold them up! We ended up drilling a hole with a metal drill.
