We are using two of these clips to hold up some lighting for a petrophysical experiment. Due to minimized workspace we needed some type of clip instead of a stand. These clips work for what we need though they are a little weak, even though the lights are only a few ounces. I am happy with my purchase and glab I found this product.

This product is also great for holding the stems of flowers in place when it is breezy or windy. It keeps the flowers steady, allowing for accurate focus. I attach one clip to my tripod leg, and the other to the flower. In some instances, I wish it was a little longer, but it still works well.
