This Fantasea 44 bulb LED light with mounting ring is a practical and convenient dive light with a emergency flasher option. You could use it to look under ledges and to restore natural color underwater.
The light has a mounting ring and stainless steel wing nut which allows for easy attachment to strobe arms and lens port brackets. This makes a convenient focus or aiming light.
This light's emergency flasher unit (strobe) will last up to 36 hours as a signal light and emergency beacon.

I'm actually using this light for underwater video with a go pro. This light is BRIGHT. I haven't tried it at depth yet but it works great in shallow water. I'll try to update the review when I get back from St. Thomas. A lot of light in a small package.

I bought this for scuba diving. Took it out on a night dive and held up well. Went down to 70 feet and had another light with me. The Fantasea out performed that other Princeton Tec Shockwave II light. It was brighter, whiter and shined further out than the incandescent light. This one is small and powerful. Great strobe feature! No water intrusion in the chamber. Tight seal with the lens around the body. My friend has a canister setup, but it didn't seem as bright.

This is a great product. The batteries last and last. Nice, bright, even light. Excellent for night or cave diving. Also great as an underwater prawning light.
Being a boatie, and spending a lot of time in the bush, the flashing strobe is a great safety feature, and it also floats.
I now have four of these torches, as I also bought them for the kids!
