The Photoflex Heavyweight Black Light Stand is designed to support small to medium light fixtures with large umbrellas, or softboxes attached. It has four sections, and rises to a maximum height of 10' 8" (3.3 m).
- Bolt through joints, widened footprint, increased strength of brace supports and larger diameter aluminum tubing improves rigidity and stability.
- Rubber-tipped feet offer no-slip and quiet movement when changing light arrangement.
- Optional casters are available for maximum mobility and convenience.
- Black anodized finish eliminates unwanted reflections in the subject.

Bought as a replacement for an older and well-used Photoflex 2218 stand...made in China so you do get what you pay for...but other than the plastic adjusting knobs, I like it and think it's a very good stand for the money...

This is a great stand, however, was not as heavy duty as I had in my mind but still is a good stand for the price. I havent used it enough to let you know about durablity but it seems steady enough. Good starting stand. Remember, spend money on good stands or you will be fighting with cheap ones. I was recomended Photoflex brand through my professer at my University.

Previous models had trouble with the adjustment screws on the legs. There is a metal spacer that kept falling out and I would lose them all the time. This has been fixed and this stand is a great improvement over earlier models. Put a set of casters on this stand and it's a great addition to any lighting set up. Good job Photoflex. Good solid equipment for the money.

It's a very well built equipment.
Easy to adjust, looks like it is going to last forever.
If you are looking for something light, this is not for you. Well the name says, heavyweight.
