Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
I use print file for all of my 35mm and 120 negatives. They are the thickest, so I feel like they protect my negatives the best. Plus they always have a white strip for labeling that the other brands don't have.

Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
Good for archiving. Seems to be decent quality. Only tip is avoid inserting and removing negatives frequenly as they seem to develop an attraction to dust (static?)

Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
I store my negatives in these sheets and they work great. I can create contact sheets without taking the negatives out of the sleeves. It is easy to slide the negatives in and out of them. I recommend them. The price for the quality and amount of sheets is fantastic.

Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
This is a good strong product. For years I've used the same brand for storing 4x5 negatives and never had a problem. It's a bit of a pain that all the holes are not aligned at the factory, meaning you cannot place the whole wad in your folder in one go, you have to add a few pages at a time.

Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
I bought these pages after buying the 7 rows of 5 frames version which was annoying because I always had one extra frame. These are much better allowing for 42 frames so even when you sqeeze out 39 frames from a 36 roll you never have to worroy about room. However they are an odd size, a little too wide for a traditional binder, and it took a little bit of time looking around to find a binder that fit just right. Overall if you can deal with finding a strange sized binder then these pages are great quality and hold a ton of frames. I definently recomend them.

Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
I had been using these sheets that take strips of 5 negatives, but switched to the ones that take 6. My scanner negative holder takes a strip of six, so this works much better for me, speeding up my workflow! Same great quality of plastic pages.

The only reason I didnt give this 5 stars is that sometimes it is a little hard to get negatives in. Could be me.

Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
Finally moving all my negatives (300 rolls+) from the original envelopes that came from the processor required a high quality, reasonably-priced solution and these pages proved to be the best solution, though I had less need for the 6-frame pages than I originally thought. The 4-frame pages would have handled the majority of my needs. Still, it's nice to have everything organized now.

Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
I usually get 38 frames from my camera so having the extra space is nice. It fits in the binder perfectly and I cut my negs to 6 frame width. makes it easier to cut to 3 frames when I'm scanning with an imacon.

Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
When I first started developing film, I got in the habbit of using strips of 6 negatives, which fit across an 8X10 Sheet. I have used various file pages over the years, but this style allows for the "extra Shots" on the leader and tail of a roll. One roll WILL fit!
Of course to proof the entire page you need a 11X10 sheet, which I end up cutting from 11X14. I have to plan on doing some panorama shots to use all my 11X4 offcuts.

Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
I use this to archive all my negatives, of which I have many. The casing doesn't scratch the film from my experience. The sheets have openings on both sides which is sort of unnecessary, but the title boxes are useful. Worth the money.

Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
1) These pages are wider than normal so some care is required in selecting a binder. Regular 3-ring binders aren't all the same width, however, so it pays to try different ones. I found the Avery Durable w/EZ-Turn Rings in the 1.5" size (but not in other sizes) is adequately wide; the page edge does protrude slightly, but the negatives themselves don't. It's readily available.
2) Alignment of the binder holes is poor, so adding a stack of pages to a binder is unnecessarily difficult.
3) This size is perfect for anyone with a scanner that takes strips of 6 frames, and has room for more than 36 frames if you get extras out of a roll.

I've recently started developing black and white film at home therefore storing the negatives properly has become a necessity.

Comments about Print File Archival Storage Page for Negatives, 35mm - 100 Pack:
Very good way to archive 35mm negatives. Especially if you tend to expose more than 36 frames on a roll, there's the seventh slot to put remander. Recently this has come in handy for bulk loaded films especially where frame count exceeds 36 exposures. For proof sheets I tend to take fils out of the sleeves and contact print them directly onto fiber based multi contrast papers. These sleeves are easy to remove and replace the film than others I have used. It is still very easy to misplace films once in these storage pages yet not as frustraighting as trying to find digital images on a hardrive that are mis filed. It would be cool to be able to make contact prints through the page but, 8X10 paper is just sufficient for 6 strips of 6 exposures. It's a little daunting but most of the excess pis, frame 36/7 if you will do not make it on the contact sheet. Sometimes these are the best from the roll. Bulk loading dends to ruin this last frame situation. If your bulk loading and can't judge when this last abortive exposure will occur things can be a drag.
