International Orders*The Peavey Escort 3000 Portable Sound System with Stand is a self-contained PA system packed into a molded case with wheels and a handle so it can be transported just like a piece of luggage. Inside you'll find two speakers with connecting cables and a microphone with a cable.
The 5-channel powered mixer gives you 150 watts of power in each channel and Peavey's exclusive DDT technology to prevent clipping. The 4 XLR microphone inputs feature 15V phantom power and 2 stereo line level inputs with their own bass, treble and reverb controls. This means you can use up to 4 microphones and two stereo line level sources such as your computer, DVD, tape player, etc.
There is also a 5-band graphic EQ, digital reverb, and FLS or Feedback Locating System. Everything a professional presenter needs when on the road.

Comments about Peavey Escort 3000 Portable Sound System:
You have to be careful when setting this system up and not have the mics out in front of the speakers at all. Otherwise, you'll really have to cut your output to prevent feedback. The sound quality is good, but don't think you're going to use this for a live band. We've had our Escort system since 2005 and it has never failed us. We use it in a corporate setting so it's been set up in small meeting spaces as well as outdoors where it was powered by a small generator. Even used it for GA's governor at an event in a large warehouse. Served the purpose perfectly. Very rugged construction. One of our latches just recently stopped working after 7+ years of use, but that's expected since we loan it out throughout our organization.
Some negatives are that the speaker stands and mixer stand are very flimsy and I'm always leary about the mixer taking a tumble.
Bottom line is this: if you need to provide non-musical sound reinforcement for a small group on a small budget, this unit works well. I've heard other systems that sound better, but not at this price point. Worth the money.

Comments about Peavey Escort 3000 Portable Sound System:
Only used once. three differnt mics 2 different wireless and the wired unit that it comes with. Constant and random popping coming from the speakers. Tried various things to troubleshoot thinking maybe the smart phones in the speakers pockets even. Nothing worked possibly the 110v feed from the hotel wasn't clean enough. Had our techs set it up which was easy but the quality just wasn't there. Only used once but not that satisfied.
