This is a box of 480 sheets of Archival Tissue from Archival Methods. It is excellent for interleaving prints and drawings and protecting artifacts. Now that you have that great portfolio assembled, why not add this tissue to prevent the pages from rubbing against each other? This tissue not only adds another layer of protection between images but adds a touch of professionalism to an already fabulous portfolio. This tissue can also be used in the preservation of gowns, historic uniforms and textile items. It is archival grade - acid and lignin-free. It is also thin for easy folding, padding and crumples without hard edges

Comments about Archival Methods Archival Tissue (16x20", 480 Sheets):
When I do something, if I have money, I tend to over-do it. I mean when I started selling prints, I thought, "well, you have to have plastic bags to sell your stuff in..." But that wasn't enough, I thought, "gotta wrap em in tissue and bag em". Well, that's not the best idea in the world (I still bought the tissue), but once I had it in the house, I started wrapping up prints I had in bulk for sale at various places, and a few single prints to display in the bag without tissue. If I sell a print at a fair or online, I will wrap it in tissue before bagging as well. Not a good item for displaying prints for sale, but its the protection I bought the item for. Not sure when I will go through 480 sheets, but I certainly long for the day when I have to re-order. It will always be a great item for storing anything you don't want scratched up

This tissue is a little thinner than I am used to but it worked great and holds up well under stress.

Comments about Archival Methods Archival Tissue (16x20", 480 Sheets):
Fine archival tissue but seeing as film and traditional printing have been supplanted by the digital revolution it would seem like a good time to update the sizes offered. Having to trim sheets of 16"X20" down to 13"X19" is annoying. Especially when you are printing high volumes.

Comments about Archival Methods Archival Tissue (16x20", 480 Sheets):
Looking for 480 sheets of 16x20 tissue paper? Not 450, not 500, 480? Well, here you go. I'm using it as interleaving between inkjet prints. It's a little thin, but with 480 sheets at this price, I can afford to double or triple up if needed.
