Adds extra magnification for close-up shots. Gives macro magnification without being right on top of the subject. Easy to use. Love it! Excellent quality photos. Great for flower and butterfly close-up photography.

i like the cabability of the flower, bee,
assorted insect close ups.
not everyones cup of tea but i like it.
the use of the adapter can slow the process
down but can quickly swich to the lt55
telephoto lense.
if you are looking for a frame filling close
up it works well.
also inexpensive.
