Comments about Audio-Technica ATW-T1802 - Plug-In Transmitters:
This TX was part of a kit but I specifically wanted it because I can plug it into a "press box" or mixer output very easly. Great sound, easy to program.

Comments about Audio-Technica ATW-T1802 - Plug-In Transmitters:
I started using the ATW-T1802 about two years ago. I shoot a lot of corporate meetings at tradeshows & various other events. It is so convenient to walk into the room and ask the audio tech if I can plug into an auxiliary output. I have the receiver mounted on my camera and the camera is mounted on a tripod with a dolly. This allows me to move quickly from room to room shooting video and getting perfect audio from the mixer. The reason I am ordering this one is because I left my last one plugged into a mixer when I left the venue. Of course no-one on the A/V staff can find it now. This product is so great I had to order another.

Comments about Audio-Technica ATW-T1802 - Plug-In Transmitters:
This transmitter gives the flexability to use any handheld mic with an XLR connection. I use it for live performance with my band and it works fantastic. I am using it with an Audio Technica 3100 series rack mount receiver. (You do NOT have to use this with the 1800 series camera mount receiver.) The signal transmitted is high quality and very clean and crisp. The only thing that I do not like is the bulkinesss while using the mic but the option to use ANY XLR mic I want far out weighs the bulk.

Comments about Audio-Technica ATW-T1802 - Plug-In Transmitters:
I am using this transmitter with the AT hand mic. We are constantly shooting with the wireless receiver mounted on the Panasonic HPX170 HD camera. I love the ease of use and the clarity of the signal.
I highly recommend this product.
