Comments about Scotch Mounting Adhesive Roll - 16"x50':

Used to mount panos for framing. The product is not truly repositionable unless you are VERY careful. I would recommend the use of a barrier like wax paper between the art and backing while positioning. I do find it to take about the same level of effort as spray adhesives, but without the fumes, which is a good thing.

This is easy to use requiring no previous experience. I use it on foamcore and then easily attatch my photos to it resulting in flat photos that stay put. I have had no problems with the product.

I mount 16 x 20 prints and found this product to be the best I have ever used. Even after many years, it still holds well.

Comments about Scotch Mounting Adhesive Roll - 16"x50':

This adhesive is impractical and frustrating...
It needs to be smoothed 3 times to stick properly and to smooth out bubbling. When attached photos are cut with a paper cutter, the adhesive bleeds from the edge so handling is tricky. If any of this rubber cement type product sticks to your hands then it's easy for it to adhere to the front of the photo. I had to discard several photos because of this. I wiped my hands frequently too. I finally discovered that allowed to rest overnight before cutting, handling the adhered photos was a neater experience, but I wouldn't buy this again. I have since found a similar but better product by Neschen Documents, which I purchased online from a framing supplies company.
