The Behringer RX-1202FX is a compact, 19-inch rack mountable audio mixer with eight mono and two stereo channels, for a total of twelve input channels. Channels 1 through 8 are mono and feature a 1/4" line and balanced XLR microphone inputs. Channels 9/10 and 11/12 are stereo paired with stereo 1/4" phone line connectors.
All channels feature a 2-band EQ with gain and level control. An on-board effects processor provides delay, chorus and reverb effects. Comments about Behringer RX-1202FX 12-Channel Line and Microphone Mixer:
I own 7 different Behringer products and every one of them deserves a 5 star rating. Excellent sound quality, well thought design, easy to use, well built and reliable.

Comments about Behringer RX-1202FX 12-Channel Line and Microphone Mixer:
Mounted this 3U mic mixer in a 6U short/effects case (mixer is shallower than compressor unit), so it sits about waist-high when the case is placed on a table. For performing arts and other event videos, this mixer gives plenty (8) of high-quality mono mic channels plus (2/4) mono/stereo line sources (house feeds, expansion mixer, etc.); perfect with 8-channel snake. BEWARE: the Phantom Power switch is the same as and next to the Mains Power switch, and the two indicator lights are almost the same color and next to each other--so it was easy to miss that Phantom Power was on/off by mistake!!! I can forgive the (only) 2-band EQ vs. their usual 3-band "British EQ"; however, the Phantom Power light is a problem.

Replaced an aging Europower mixer / amp and what a difference. Very pleased with the product and it's ease of use.

Comments about Behringer RX-1202FX 12-Channel Line and Microphone Mixer:
I am using this as an install in a conference room that needs to handle multiple sources, laptop, dvd, microphones, iPods, etc. This is a great solution for our needs. The fact that we can rack mount it, set it, and then lock the rack is a huge plus.
You will not be disappointed.

Comments about Behringer RX-1202FX 12-Channel Line and Microphone Mixer:
I am pleased with the rack mount. It is durable, light and doesn't add too much unwanted length to my bass cab. The only down side was it was a pain to mount. The threaded strips kept falling off and so I had to be a bit creative to get the unit in there. Overall it is a great product.

Comments about Behringer RX-1202FX 12-Channel Line and Microphone Mixer:
Needed a small line mixer for production studio so I bought one... only [$] Looked good out of the box, loaded it in the rack, sounded good I must admit. Figured I would never use the effects but tried a few patches... nothing. Patch light wouldn't change patches, stuck on one number. Returned and got second unit. Being a glutten I had to see if the effects work on this one. Turn the effects knob and all I hear is that horrible sound like 10,000 volts are going through my system and then a pop. Lights out, no sound, dead as a door knob. Sooo... I stepped up for the Alesis 12R, Ahhhhhhhh.. I am in love. Don't waste your time like I did, buy the Alesis. There is a reason why it weighs more.. it's a real quality mixer and it's not made out of old beer cans.
