This is a Bowens BW-2032 UV Coated Flashtube for the Gemini Esprit GM 200/400/500 and Gemini 250R and 500R and Calumet 250W/s, 500W/s and 750W/s Travelite monolights. Its coating slightly "warms" the light output to ~5000° K.

Most current, professional flash heads and monolights are equipped with user replaceable flashtubes that may simply be plugged into, and unplugged from their sockets. With proper handling, these flashtubes may last for tens of thousands of flashes under normal use.

Works fine. A bit of a pain to attach to light but the last tube lasted for over 3 years of high use in a mobile studio.

I purchased one of these items, to have on hand in case one blows. Kind of pricey, but it is what it is.
