Fits my needs and my hand

Comments about SureFire Z61 Click-On Lock-Out Tailcap (Black):

I purchased the Z61 for my E2D LED. My hands are big, but bony. Also, I'm 50+ years old so I have some joint issues to deal with. The original scalloped tailcap is well designed for self-defense, but it's difficult for me to negotiate the click-on button when holding the flashlight with a tactical grip. So I've opted for the unobstructed Z61 tailcap. Whether it's using the pad of my thumb with a full hand grasp, with my knuckle in a cigar hold, or with my pinkie while holding the flashlight alongside a pump shotgun, I have much better control of the on/off switch.

The ease of switching the flashlight on, however, can be a potential for unintentional activation. To avoid this, when packing the flashlight, the tailcap must be rotated a minimum turn.

Very pleased with the build quality.
