The lens is impressive to look at,good glass and build quality.After using it on my Sony FX7 twice, I found it harder to focus with and outside edges showed some out of focus areas. Some might view this as a plus or a cool effect.I don't think the wide angle view was much more significant than the standard lens already on the camera. Also this lens was a free add on that came with my camera.
