I bought this product as a spare, because the one that came with the camera seemed like it might be failing. In fact, that is the reason why this is only getting 4 stars...I am not sure the product like this should be failing after only 2-3 years of light use. (The spring that holds the battery seems like it is going)
It is a good charger, works fairly quickly. I like that it turns itself off when the battery is full, and that it has a cord instead of having to hog a whole wall outlet.
