Comments about Sunpak 4300 Pro Tripod with 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head:

Good value for the money. Seems strong, use it with my Nikon D7000 w/70-200mm zoom lens. 3-way pan & tilt doesn't turn smoothly grabs a bit but a little teflon grease will probably do the trick.

Comments about Sunpak 4300 Pro Tripod with 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head:

I use the tripod for a somewhat unorthodox use. I use it to mount an antenna for a handheld radio. The leverage of the antenna is not fully supported by the tripod. The tripod is fine but limited for my use.

Comments about Sunpak 4300 Pro Tripod with 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head:

Awesome tripod for all around use. A little on the heavy side and it does not fold as small as some of my other tripods but it does have sturdy construction and is pretty versatile.

Comments about Sunpak 4300 Pro Tripod with 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head:

I use it with the Nikon D5000 and handles the camera great. I like the quick disconnect however it does interfere with the fold down view finder on the D5000. I like the twist function to extend the legs over the flip out levers. I do like the height that it will raise to get pictures shooting down at an object. Also allows to take pictures with camera on its side. Didn't need recommended quick disconnect plate it doesn't work on this model.

Comments about Sunpak 4300 Pro Tripod with 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head:

I shoot with a Mamiya 645 Pro, a camera that is a little heavy and that I do not have the $$$ to replace come an accident with the tripod.

This tripod is nice for the cost, and its great that it comes with an extra quick release head.

It feels a little precarious at times, though it does support a camera up the 6lbs.

I had no idea what tripod to get my husband and wanted to get one that was under a certain amount and sturdy enough for the SLR and still not real heavy. [...] the price was right. [...] we were very pleased with the tripod.

Comments about Sunpak 4300 Pro Tripod with 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head:

Great Tripod. Very sturdy and can get very low to the ground. Small enough to pack in your luggage or carry on a long hike. Only problem was it has no built in levels. Had to add one myself. But for the price it was worth it.
