I found adjusting this harness to fit nice and snug is a bit of a struggle. I am using it with a petrol bag, and I have likes and dislikes about this harness. I am a rather tall guy (6'3") with broad shoulders. I opted for the more padded version rather than the breathable new mesh version. I also went with the 2.5 inch strap rather than the 4inch as I felt it would hinder my ability to boom. I think I chose correctly. Even though I will sweat more with this version, I appreciate the extra padding as I am carrying around 50lbs of gear.
However, I do not like how the harness does not have a belt that runs through the base of the mixer bag and keeps it snug and supported against my frame. I ended up taking the belt part of my Portabrace AH-2 harness to do just this. The upside down v-shaped back support is nice, but I find the vertical strap often is too short for my long torso and will often come undone out of its fastener. Also, was not a fan at all of the cheap plastic clips that are part of the back support that are supposed to fasten to the bottom of the mixer bag. We are pros here people-- How about some metal fasteners? My old AH-2 has them. Also, I found that clipping the back support part to the top part of my mixer bag rather than the bottom and using my AH-2 belt gave me the best support all around. Still have to do some tweaking to really get this harness to feel right. One last thing is that getting in and out of this harness is not a quick process. But it is an ok product.

Like other people say, it does take some time to get it to fit right to your body. But it is pretty comfortable compared to a few other brands I have tried. My build is thin, but athletic so the narrow shoulder straps fit perfect. If you have a wider shoulder, then maybe the HS1N would be better. Overall, I am happy so far. I do wish that it had some kind of pocket attached to the shoulder strap.
