One of Smith Victor's most popular and affordable quartz halogen lights, the 765SG is suitable for extended duration use. It accepts 600 and 250 watt quartz halogen bulbs. An integral umbrella port and universal 3/8" to 5/8" stand mount makes this a perfect light for photo-video portraits, galleries or store windows

- Accepts optional 650 watt, 230 volt bulbs. Add a plug adapter.

Excellent on every aspect, great built quality. You can use for photo or video. I use this lamp for video, the result that I get is excellent for indoor, I bounce the light against the wall to kill the shadows in my object and not get hard light on faces when shooting people on any kind event. For outdoor I recommend to use at least two of this lamps. Be aware to not hit the lamp or the bulb, the bulb can be burn. Wait a few minutes before use because the lamp runs hot.

After reasearching & comparing with other brands, I choose SV again for a for a small set of 600W lights to replace an older set that served my department well for many years.
