The EA110 from Shure is a pack of five pairs of universal fit foam sleeves. These disposable sleeves are designed for use with the E3c, E4c, E5c, E500, i3c, and i4c in-ear headphones. Once inserted in the ear, the sleeves expand to form a stable, comfortable fit.

I use the Universal Fit Yellow Foam Sleeves by Shure to protect my patients' ears during an outpatient medical procedure that causes a loud clicking sound. It also allows my patients to hear music/television while they undergo the procedure. All of the patients indicate that the product buffers sound well as it advertises. The only problem is that many patients have a hard time keeping the earbuds in their ears (specifically the left earbud). Part of this is due to the weight of the cord and part of it may be due to the design of the earpiece itself. Overall, this is an excellent product and I will continue to purchase it.
