Canon Fine Art Enhance Velvet Paper is made for artists and photographers who demand an inkjet paper that shares the same texture and feel of a watercolor paper. The Fine Art Enhance Velvet Paper allows you to produce a print with a very high resolution and wide color gamut. After printing, the ink looks like it's in the paper, not on it, providing both a suprising richness of color and a slight softness to the image.

Comments about Canon Fine Art Enhance Velvet Paper (Matte, 225gsm) - 13x19" - 25 Sheets:
it has a "velvet" surface that accepts ink well. Our use is to pigment ink jet print then to come back and colorize with pencils and paint.
Works quite well for this application.

Comments about Canon Fine Art Enhance Velvet Paper (Matte, 225gsm) - 13x19" - 25 Sheets:
After hearing good things about this paper, I bought some to try in my Pro 9500 printer. I could NOT find a profile for this printer/paper combination...even on Canon's site. I tried many different settings but could not get it to print properly. Colours were way off every time.
The paper itself has an interesting finish to it, though. I would love to use it, but I can't get the colours right.
If anyone has advice on how to fix this, I'd gladly adjustt my review.

This is very beautiful paper, but I would suggest using it with a canon printer. I tried it on an epson, and the prints were not up to par.
