Comments about Billingham SP15 Shoulder Pad (Tan):
ProsGreat build quality. Strong contruction and stitching. Looks good and fits well/snug on my Hadley Pro. I primarily bought because I liked the look of the shoulder pad, but the extra padding is pretty comfortable. The only con I can think of is the price. $ is little on the higher side. Other an that it's a great product. I've had it for only about a month and will report if it starts to give me any problems.

Comments about Billingham SP15 Shoulder Pad (Tan):
I bought this shoulder pad to put on a leather Ipad messenger bag that I carry daily. The bag does not have a pad on the strap. I don't wear the bag across my body and the strap kept slipping off of my shoulder. This pad keeps the strap from slipping and it's comfortable. It is exactly what I was looking for.

Comments about Billingham SP15 Shoulder Pad (Tan):
I negleted to order the shoulder pad when I initially bought my Hadley Pro bag. I was unsure if it would make much of a difference, but while on vacation in England I ran into a fellow tourist with the same bag, only he had the pad. After trying it out in person I was sold. It's substantial, has great grip and good padding, adjusts easily, and you will notice a big difference after lugging a full bag around all day. Just buy it, you'll be happy you did.

Comments about Billingham SP15 Shoulder Pad (Tan):
I had purchased the Billingham P2 (Alice) bag a while ago. The bag is perfect for carrying all of my camera equipment. I did notice that after a while the shoulder strap felt like it was digging into my shoulder.
I purchased the SP-15 shoulder pad. It snaps on easily and matched the bag perfectly. It is small enough not to stand out, but is very soft and comfortable.
With the shoulder pad attached I can carry the bag all day. No more shoulder pain. No more shifting the bag around.
Well worth it!

Comments about Billingham SP15 Shoulder Pad (Tan):
My new Billingham L2 camera bag would have been very slippery to carry without this addition. This is a good sturdy, grippy, soft, well made and good to look at shoulder pad and once fitted looks as though it came standard with the bag.

I recently purchased an Olympus ep2 camera and the Hadley Digital Bag for it and the optional lens too. This shoulder pad is an excellent addition to this already steller quality bag. The Pad keeps 'slippage' to a non issue. I would recommend this Pad as a great addition to an already great bag, I just wish that at this price point it would have been included.

I purchased this strap for my L2 Alice bag. Normal setup is Nikon F2A, 35 and 105 lenses weighing in at 64 oz. The strap greatly improves carry comfort. May be a bit pricey, but with Billingham, you get what you pay for.
