It is a well made replacement earpad! Where I work, we use earbud/mics for our two-ways and we are really hard on them. These have held up very well!

I needed these to replace my lost earphone covers and these fit the bill perfectly. It's nice that they were inexpensive and that there was a pack of ten in case I lose any more covers.
