The NKL001 from Williams Sound is an induction neckloop designed to magnetically couple an audio signal to a telephone coil-equipped (T-Switch) hearing aid. The neckloop has a standard 3.5mm mini plug that can be connected to any audio device that has an 8-16 Ohm 3.5mm output, such as a beltpack receiver, TV, tape player, etc. The neckloop has a slider so you can adjust the tension, and the 18.5" cord provides a good amount of slack for use with body-worn devices.
Note! An optional extension cord (WCA007WC) is available separately for added reach.

Comments about Williams Sound NKL001 - Induction Neckloop for T-Switch Hearing Aids:
With my hearing aids which has a telecoil, I can use this neck loop for television, Kindle, Laptop and my assistive listening device. Because I wear hearing aids, Ear bugs don't work for me. Most headphones don't work for me either. With the neck loop and turning on my telecoil on my hearing aids... I can listen to anything I like. I can't think of anything that isn't so great about it...

Comments about Williams Sound NKL001 - Induction Neckloop for T-Switch Hearing Aids:
Being seriously deaf, I use high-powered hearing aids with the T-switch (telephone), and while I can hear okay in distances of a few feet, public gatherings such as church are impossible for me. Many venues, such as my church provide assistive listening devices, but I have a phobia about putting an earpiece used by I-don't-know-who in my ear, and not knowing if it has been cleaned after the last use, although many times it is obvious it has not been. About 15 years ago I learned about the Williams Sound Induction Neckloop and have used it ever since. I usually get several years of use from one, although this last one seems to be better made and uses a slightly heavier wire. I also use it in smaller group sessions with my personal voice receiver to good effect as well. I highly reccommend it to anyone who wears a hearing aid(s) with the T-switch. It is money well spent.
