The TDK DVD+R Double Layer 8.5GB, 8.0x Recordable Disc (Spindle Pack of 25) is a write-once recordable disc with an 8.5GB storage capacity, or three hours (HQ) of DVD video recording. It is compatible with 8.0x DVD+R drives. Double-layer DVD recording media makes it possible to record a full-length feature on a single disc without using compression that could degrade the video and sound quality. It provides the highest recording and playback compatibility along with unsurpassed reliability. It is ideal for recording lengthy features and backing up large data archives.

I bought the 100 spindle pack of these TDK's and about half of these disks got an error burning or writing videos to it.....once you get that error the disk is already screwed and can't be used again like the RW's .......i will never buy TDK again their brand stinks, i will stick to SONY...
