The Archival Methods Crystal Clear Bag, 5.25 x 7.1" is great for long-term protection of your valuable prints, newsprint, photos and artwork. With its special polypropylene construction, the acid-free material will guard your precious work with care and clarity.
The bag is manufactured with an adhesive strip in such a way that it will not stick to the contents. The value of this bag is that it can be used for either handling or display - and it is reusable.
Note! It is recommended to still be careful not to let artwork and documents come in contact with the reusable adhesive strip
- Quality bag which can be used for long-term storage
- Manufactured from Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) which has excellent clarity, low electrostatic charge, and is acid-free
- Bags are available in different sizes, and are sized to accommodate a thickness of matted prints or multiple prints; bags up to 11 x 14" will accommodate 3/16" thickness, and bags 12 x 16" and larger will accommodate 3/8" thickness
- Sealed on 3 sides; opens on short side with a 2" flap

We needed these bags in a very short period of time - my step-father (and photographer partner) passed away and my family wanted to give out matted and protected examples of his art to everyone who came to his memorial service. B&H was fantastic - we had the bags in hand in no time flat and immediately put all the family members to work matting and protecting his gorgeous artwork. Everyone who received one of his photos was touched and thrilled to take home a reminder of a wonderful man and a gifted photographer. Thanks, B&H and Archival Methods, for helping us honor a truly beloved photographer.
