I use an Epson 1900 to print photo's from 4 x 6 to 13 x 19. Most of my images are brightly colored with a fair amount of detail. The Lasal Photo Matte maintains the contrast and detail. The stark white enhances the strength of the images, holds the ink well, and is not distorted by the spray varnish I use.

Lasel Matte Paper
Paper is good because it is double sided, but like any matte it is extremely difficult to print on because your blacks will block up very easily.

The weight of the paper is good, but the print severely lacks contrast. I decided to go with Lasal Exhibition Luster for my prints.

i bought this paper instead of epson ultra premium premium matte which b&h can no longer ship to canada. it is a brighter paper but is heavier and double-sided. i use it with an epson 3800 and i must say that there were some theeting problems. the icc profile provided by moab did not work for me but eventually i noticed the icm mode in the epson 3800 print settings. that worked well-along with some reduction in the color density under the paper configuration tab.
i am now quite happy with the paper

I am a graphic designer, and have been using this paper to create several books and the experience was great, it behaved exactly if not better than the 5 star paper from Epson.
It does a great job with hairline fonts. I use this paper with an Epson R2880 printer. Just make sure you set the correct ICC color profile. Download it from their website.
Fantastic alternative to Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Paper Matte, I have used it to create books but now use Lasal 235.

Moab Lasal 8.5 x 11 and the 13 x 19 inch matte paper works well for my printing projects. I've been using this paper with a Epson R2880 printer. The hardest thing to deal with when printing is the set up of the printer. I've never had any problems with the paper.

Comments about Moab Lasal Photo Matte 235 (8.5 x 11") - Box of 50:
I print with Epson printers (R380 & R1400) and with Claria inks. I wanted an archival paper that would print solid and sharp colors, good contrast, and solid blacks. The Lasal Photo Matte is doing a great job for me!

A good paper for flyers or test prints of photos. Gives much better image quality than copy paper, while it still doesn't break the bank. Works fine with a HP B8850 and stays in my paper tray.

I like to make my own 5x7 greeting cards, printing both sides on my Epson R-2400 printer. Moab Lasal Matte prints up nearly as well as the expensive matte papers but has a lower cost and a perfect weight. All the matte papers with a 190-205 weight are too light, and all the 280 and 300 papers are too heavy. This one is just right. It folds beautifully and looks great. The only paper that's better is the 256 Hahnemuhle Natural Art Duo, but that one is a lot more expensive. I use both.
