This is a Kino Flo Diva-Lite 401 120 Volt Two Light System Kit. Kino Flo has revolutionized its award winning location lighting systems by creating the Diva-Lite 401 series especially designed for digital video capture. The Diva-Lite portable dimming soft lights bring Kino Flo's advanced professional lighting to the digital video generation.
As with all Kino Flo fixtures and kits, the fluorescent tubes must be purchased separately. They are available in 2900°, 5500°, 420nm (Chroma Blue), or 550nm (Chroma Green).

I recently purchased these lights for a studio setup and not only was I impressed I think that I may have gotten more than I expected.
The Kino Flo Diva Lite 401 delivered a punch and lit up the whole scene so much so that I had to dim the light at 50 percent power.
I recommend this to anyone who need studio lights without the of your models sweating like they are in a sauna.

I love this light kit. I went from a cheaper cool light light set up but finally saved up enough money to get this one. I don't regret it one bit. Love these lights, great quality and really well built. The flight that this kit came with is really nice but it's heavy. That's my only complaint but the quality is fabulous so I can't complain too much. :)

If you're looking for soft, broad lighting for interviews, this kit is an excellent choice. If you need to lighting for green screen, this kit is an excellent choice. I've used them to light a green measuring 10'x10' with good success.
Outdoors, you can use one light with a 5600K lamp as a fill with the sun as your key light. This also works well.

We utilize the KinoFlo Diva-Lite 400 kit for capturing customer testimonials and producing in-house videos that are promoted through our YouTube and Vimeo channels.
The color-corrected lamps are easy to change in just a few minutes, making both indoor and outdoor shooting fast and easy. Additionally, by using perfectly color-corrected lamps, pre-setting white balance on our camera (Canon 5D Mark II) ensures perfect whites.
Also, because they're flourescent, there's no heat build-up, making even close up lighting a non-issue for the talent.
The shipping flight case that comes with this kit is durable and designed perfectly. Everything fits in its place snugly.
You will need to have add a couple of shot/sand bags if you plan on using the supplied light stands, as they're not terribly stable when you extend them fully.
Finally, though not inexpensive, this is the kit of choice for quick, beautiful, even and soft lighting. I wouldn't recommend spending less on something "almost" as good when this kind of lighting makes great video possible.

At the last minute I had to travel to NY and I needed lights for a Chromakey shoot. I rented 4 of these and they did a great job, so much that I took out our other lights in our studio and replaced it with Kino's. I've been impressed and love the way they don't make our talent sweat to death!
