Comments about Slik Tripod Case 1820:
I never review before I test my equipment.
I am very happy with this bag. Before, I was using the case that came with Slik Pro700 until I left it somewhere on location.
I wanted something that will let me carry my tripod on the shoulder. Most of the product these days are very poor quality or/and overpriced.
I am always looking for good quality and reasonable price.
This case is well made and comfortable to use. Zipper could be better. Ones it opened but it was easy to fix by opening the zipper and closing it back again.
I am carrying Gitzo GT3541XLS with RRS BH-55 head.
I have to pack it head down for comfortable carrying.

Comments about Slik Tripod Case 1820:
I use this as my primary Manfrotto tripod case, with head, and it holds so much more. When traveling to the studio or location shoots, I can tuck my loud mini speaker, some extra lenses & other things in it without worry. And when I accidentally bump people with it (it is the size of a small golf bag) it doesn't hurt! Great buy!

Very nicely padded, large enough for most 3 section tripods, unusual but needed double zippered access.Large zippered side pouch provides added storage for accessories.

i use this with a 190cx 701HDV head and a glidetrack unit as well as stabilizer unit for my HDSLR camera. holds everything plus additional grip in the handy side pocket. because it has double zippers you are able to get to stuff more easily.

Comments about Slik Tripod Case 1820:
sometimes people follow the flow along the way but sometimes you need to see if there is another way like I found the SLIK I own Bogen and others Pro brand name I'm not saying these top brand names are bad just because they are so expensive you use it like a baby instead others new kids in the block or already there but no one have notice them yet they are actually pretty good and well made Try it its cheap, strong and your customer don't even know the brand...

Lightweight, the padded shoulder strap is nice, and it even has a small pocket for the optional short center column.

Comments about Slik Tripod Case 1820:
I used this case with my Bogen/Manfrotto 055XPROB Pro Tripod Legs attached with a 488RC2 Midi Ballhead.
Pros: Comfortable and functional--with a top handle, lightly-padded shoulder strap and padded "back", side handles and a long side zippered bag (not visible from image). Weights 1 lb 10 oz with sufficient padding. Made in Japan and the quality is better than expected.
Cons: The bottom of the case is too roomy for my 055XPROB. But maybe it's because this case is designed for other Slik tripods, not for Manfrotto.
