Comments about Merit Line DVD Case Mailer (10):

The cardboard is thinner than the kind used on cereal boxes, and the glue strips are all dry and don't stick. I ended up having to use double sided tape to hold the mailer together.A standard DVD case will fit inside, but there's still a little extra room, so the pull tab begins to tear apart as you're folding and taping the case together due to the thinness of the cardboard. I'm hoping the tab or the mailer itself doesn't fall apart in shipment, so I had to pay extra for postal insurance.A standard "size 0" bubble mailer costs a few cents more and gives more padding than these, and surprisingly weighs less. I'm going back to using bubble mailers to send DVDs again in the future.

Comments about Merit Line DVD Case Mailer (10):

Thought I'd save a few cents over the padded mailers I normally use. Bad decision. You have to assemble each mailer, then use scotch tape to hold the box together because the glue on the end flaps isn't strong enough. Very labor intensive.

Comments about Merit Line DVD Case Mailer (10):

I used the product to send out some DVD's and it was not a good product. The tape for the bottom didn't work. I had to retape everything. The tape for the top only worked some of the time and in once case the box fell apart during shipping and the DVD was lost so I am planning on hand carrying a new one to the customer.
