This product is pretty much self explanitory. Well constructed. Only concern I had was there wasn't enough srews for all of the mounting holes, and if I'm going to be hanging rolls of paper or vinly on my walls, I would like to have adequate mounting hardware. I did have some laying around so it wasn't a show stoper, and it is nice having my rolls of paper haning on the wall and easy to bring down when needed.

Very well built. I had my builder put cleats inside the wall so it is well supported. Works great.
