This is a Photoflex Set of Three Grids for the Starflash 7" Umbrella Reflector. Each of them snaps into place in front of the reflector, and narrows the beam of light emitted from the head.
This set consists of a 20, 40, and 60° grid.

I bought these grids to use for fashion photography and to give my seniors a different type of lighting. The only downside to these is that fact that they are not securely attached. I just barely bumped a light while walking by and the grid fell out.

Grids come in 3 grid percentages 20-40-60, the output can be controlled also by the monolight in stops. So if you have to much light you can back off a stop or less, I have it behind the backdrop on a boomstand about 8 feet up directed on the the subjects head. The quality of light it projects is excellent, not too much spill, gives great definition between the subject and backdrop. I would highly recommend this product
for any photographer doing portrait/headshot work. One word of caution, they are fragile so make sure you have them secured properly.
