I bought these lamps to go in a Lowel Rifa light. We use this light for many different productions and we need back up lamps. B&H has the products available at good prices and the customer service is great. When I need more of these lamps, I'll come right back here.

This a great mid range bulb as far as price goes. I've replaced several Arri and Lowel lights with these bulbs and after doing so I have never had an issue with them. They are consistant in temp, brightness, spread. I see no reason to spend twice as much on another brand bulb.

I like B&H for lots of media hardware and supplies because its easy to find what you want and get it quickly and reliably without the grief of some of the shady internet video suppliers.
We had a problem years ago with WICO DYS bulbs in Lowel Omni lights. We were told by Lowell that the pins didn't meet some specification and it caused overheating and premature socket failure. We switched to Sylvania and the problem stopped.
